Thousands of residents in Delaware County are still without power two days after strong winds caused trees and power lines to fall.

UPDATE: Power outages across the area due to wind and ice

Gusty winds toppled trees and downed power line. As of around 5 p.m., there were 4,443 customers of PPL, First Energy and Claverack without power. The bulk of those outages — 3,603 — were reported in Wayne County.
