Is there positive movement in the contract talks between wide receiver Terry McLaurin and the Washington Commanders? On Tuesday, Dianna Russini of The Athletic reported that McLaurin isn't necessarily looking to top the $33 million average annual value of the contract DK Metcalf signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers earlier this offseason.

Getting a deal done with McLaurin before the situation turns ugly should only benefit the Commanders as it pertains to pursuing a championship.
