Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty against a Tennessee man charged with killing the parents, grandmother and uncle of an infant found abandoned in a home’s front yard

Drummond is charged with four counts of first-degree murder, as well as aggravated kidnapping and abandonment. The judge revealed that the four Tiptonville victims were found shot to death.

At the news conference Tuesday, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Director David Rausch said the suspect’s girlfriend was related to the victims. Goodman later confirmed to CNN Drummond’s girlfriend and Rose were sisters.
