In a Wednesday appearance on the "Today" show, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said he wasn't ready to announce the performer for Super Bowl 60's halftime show just yet. But he also said it is a "maybe" that Taylor Swift could be the headliner next February.

"It's a maybe," NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said of the chances of Taylor Swift performing at next year's Super Bowl halftime show.

Goodell’s tease comes just a week after Swift announced her engagement to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce . Since the two began dating two years ago, Swift has gone to almost all of the Chiefs’ games, including two Super Bowl appearances. According to the NFL, she has helped grow the league’s female audience to 47% of viewers.

With the new season of the NFL kicking off on Thursday, it’s only natural that everyone is talking about who will feature at the upcoming Super Bowl.
