Passengers aboard a Southwest flight leaving Burbank, California, have spoken out after their plane rapidly descended after takeoff, resulting in two flight attendants being treated for injuries.

Two attendants were hurt on Friday during an emergency maneuver on a Southwest flight departing Hollywood Burbank Airport.

Passengers said the pilot of a Southwest Airlines flight had to "dive aggressively" in order to avoid a midair collision over Burbank.
