The 2025 SEC Softball Tournament has ended rather unceremoniously due to inclement weather in Athens, Georgia. The conference canceled the championship game and declared Oklahoma and Texas A&M co-champions.

ATHENS, Ga. — While Texas A&M and Oklahoma are enduring a weather delay at the SEC softball tournament, officials are confident that a break in the rain will allow the championship game to start approximately 30 minutes after the tarp covering the field gets pulled, according to a Texas A&M official.

It's the final day of the 2025 SEC softball Tournament and only two teams are left standing. 1-seeded Oklahoma will face off with 2-seeded Texas A&M at Jack Turner Stadium in Athens at 1 p.m. on the SEC Network. The game, which was originally scheduled for 5 p.m., was moved forward due to projected inclement weather in the Classic City.
