The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department served a search warrant in Marina del Rey to follow up on leads stemming from the deadly explosion that killed three deputies.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, along with the Los Angeles Police Department, assisted deputies in serving the warrant at the 4200 block of Via Marina. Deputies said they were hoping to determine the origins of the devices located at a Santa Monica complex.

Officials served a search warrant in Marina del Rey on Tuesday as they continue to investigate a deadly explosion that killed three sheriff’s deputies.
