Jennifer McCabe's cross-examination by defense attorney Alan Jackson is continuing on Friday. Karen Read pleaded not guilty to murder charges in the death of Boston police officer John O’Keefe and is facing a retrial after a jury was unable to reach a verdict last year.

Jennifer McCabe, a key witness in the Karen Read trial, is set to be on the witness stand for several more hours of cross-examination from defense attorney Alan Jackson Friday in Norfolk Superior Court.

McCabe was pressed by Read lawyer's about her recollection of the hours leading up to the death of Read’s boyfriend John O’Keefe and the moment his body was found lying in the snow.
