Man dies after being struck by vehicle on 210 Freeway in California while fleeing on foot from immigration enforcement operation at Home Depot, officials say.

Hundreds gathered in Monrovia on Friday night at a vigil for Carlos Roberto Montoya, who was struck and killed by an SUV while trying to flee U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
