Nate Tice and Charles McDonald combine big boards for their final, definitive prospect rankings ahead of the draft in Green Bay.

The West Columbia, Texas native is a poster child for the Name, Image and Likeness era of college football as he began his career at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio before heading to Washington State and playing out his final year in Miami with coach Mario Cristobal's team.

According to ESPN's Peter Schrager, one general manager said Louisville's Tyler Shough is the best "pure thrower" in this year's draft class. "I spoke to a GM who I really trust and is really good," Schrager said on The Pat McAfee Show. "He was like 'If you're looking for the pure thrower of the ball it's Tyler Shough out of Louisville.'
