Significant rainfall caused flooding in yet another state as the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning in Massachusetts Thursday.
The National Weather Service issued a flood watch at 2:34 a.m. on Tuesday valid from 2 p.m. until Wednesday 2 a.m. for Southern Worcester as well as Hampden, Norfolk, Suffolk, Bristol, Plymouth and Barnstable counties.
