After their mother died in a crash in Anaheim Sunday night, three kids are fighting for justice against the apparent drunk driver who allegedly caused the deadly collision.

Suzanne Fierro was still trapped in her car when paramedics arrived. She was extricated and taken to the hospital, but did not survive her injuries.

A 56-year-old Long Beach woman, Suzanne Fierro, died after the vehicle she was in was hit by a vehicle driven by a Buena Park woman, in Anaheim, on Sunday night, Feb. 16. Anaheim police officers repored to the scene of the collision,

Witnesses told police the driver of a white sedan had been drinking alcohol at a nearby restaurant prior to the crash.
