At least some of the 10 victims, ranging in age from 3 to 15, were sometimes restrained and incapacitated for people who paid for sexual contact, authorities alleged.

The allegations against the suspects – one of whom is the mother of some of the victims – include them using an animal shock collar on the children’s genitals, according to court documents.

At least 10 children, ages 3 to 15, were sexually abused in an underground bunker in Brent, Alabama, Bibb County Sheriff Jody Wade said.
