Elkhorn Slough Foundation (ESF) is a community-focused land trust that protects nearly 4,000 acres of rare habitat including old oak woodlands, maritime chaparral, and freshwater marshes. We work to be good stewards of this precious land – healing and restoring damaged lands to a more natural California environment. We also support the science, education, and volunteer programs of our partner, the Elkhorn Slough National Estuarine Research Reserve. Donations fund our work to conserve & restore of Elkhorn Slough & its watershed.
