It's no more unsafe than anywhere else in the area, it can be very dark at night but all exits are quickly reached in a few minutes. I believe the gates are all locked at 10 pm. Its all about how you feel about it, to be honest, I walk through every evening from work, have done for years and I have never felt scared/ worried the odd drunk but nothing dangerous really, as kids we would climb in after closing and play
