hi we went when it was drizzle. it would be better in he dry weather as a lot of it outdoors bu thither are covered areas. take a umbrella if you go when its raining!

Very possibly,The staff all seem very helpful and I did see a man with a beautiful Rottweiler in the cafe area. Hope this helps
