Are Sri Lankans charged an enytrance fee then how much?

One section of the lake needs to pay entrance fees, but not sure how much cause we did not go in

Didn't see anyone swimming. I guess the water itself is not that suitable for swimming, but for a boat trip around is good. You can do water biking.
