How long does it take to walk through, take pictures, and see everything here?

Less than an hour; there is a nice guided tour that is not very long, then you can wander around as long as you wish.Good views from up there too.

There is a very reasonable entrance fee (I don't really remember the exact amount, but it should be around $10 or so...). Then you can have a guided tour which you would just tip (Veronica was our guide and we tiped her $10 I think, and she was very happy!)

What time does Ft. Charlotte open?

I believe it opens at 9:00am. The entrance closes at 4:00pm, but you can stay inside until 5:00pm.
