That coloulrful housee area doesn't have car park. We park our car nearby and walk for 8 mins. Its so cute coloulrful bath houses with Brighton beach. Sunset time is good time to go.Full review by RichMuffin

I would suggest in the mid to later afternoon. The boxes will see the sun later in the day. Sunset will be a little after 5:00 pm if you want to see that. If you have the time, arrive around 4:00 pm so that the sun is shining on the front of the bathing boxes.
