There are rental/ classes for SUP down there at the far end. The locals and clubs launch from the near side. I do not know the name of the outfitters and teachers but I suggest you go down there, ask around and you will see where the children classes congregate. Good Luck
Yes. I see people walking them all over the place. So many great walking areas for both. Haven't seen any on the actual beach but the grassy area above is great for them.
